We discuss what services you're looking for to complement coaching (a 12-week coaching package must be purchased first).
Special scheduling is required as all services might not be able to be completed same day.

Meal Inspiration & Prep

$200-225

Breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks are curated to meet your requests and requirements.
Recipes are yours to keep.
Includes four, consecutive hours of day-time service at your home
Select meals are prepped, and/or cooked, and stored (not all meals for the week are made due to freshness, safety, and time constraints)
Kitchen and most dishes are cleaned (not all dishes may be done due to safety & time constraints)
Cost of groceries is additional to service
Optional grocery shopping $25 and is done for you at your store of choice. It is a part of the four-hour service. Cost of groceries at expense of client.

Perinatal Helper

$150 (flat rate for four hours)

Designed to help you rest, recover, and focus on what matters most to you.
It includes light housework, caring for your pet, help with little one(s), and basic meal prep.
You'll receive four, consecutive hours of day-time support at your home

Aromapoint Therapy

Consultation + 1st session

$250

85-minute session
After filling out the initial paperwork, I review your intake form and we discuss your concerns in depth
Includes a gentle, hands-on session using diluted essential oils applied to specific acupoints (no needles), chakras, or body zones
May create energetic and physiological shifts in the body, mind, and spirit.
If you choose to add Reiki, it may work together with Aromapoint Therapy, and may address physical, mental, emotional perinatal concerns
++this appointment is required before additional sessions can be scheduled

Aromapoint Therapy

Follow Up

(Reiki Optional): $125

55-minute session
A gentle, hands-on session using diluted essential oils applied to specific acupoints (no needles), chakras, or body zones
