Meal Inspiration & Prep

$300-350 per 4-hr session

Breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks are curated to meet your requests and requirements
Recipes are yours to keep
Includes four, consecutive hours of day-time service at your home
Select meals are prepped, and/or cooked, and stored (not all meals for the week are made due to freshness, safety, and time constraints)
Kitchen and most dishes are cleaned (not all dishes may be done due to safety & time constraints)
Cost of groceries is additional to service
Optional grocery shopping: $50 and is done for you at a your choice of store. *Note*- a) Cost of groceries at expense of client b) copy of the receipt will be provided c) fee to shop at multiple stores d) shopping subject to time and availability in the schedule to allow for cooking

Perinatal Helper

$65/hour, 4-hr daytime slots

Designed to help you rest, recover, and focus on what matters most to you
It includes light housework, caring for your pet, help with little one(s), and basic meal prep (1-2 meals or snacks, if you'd like additional meal support, see "meal inspiration and prep" service)
You'll receive four, consecutive hours of day-time support at your home

Aromatherapy Consultation

with a Custom Blend

$300

After filling out the initial paperwork, I review your intake form and set up a consultation
We discuss your concerns, in depth, in a 90-minute virtual session
Includes a customized blend(s) and/or inhaler to address your concerns
Aromatherapy is an integrative and alternative therapy that may support you at the physical, mental & emotional levels including skin conditions, muscle aches/pains, sleep, mood, and much more.
Virtual consultations and blends are mailed or delivered for an additional fee of $15. Subject to availability; Not eligible in Florida.
++this appointment is required before additional sessions or blends can be made
Any changes to medical history, medications, etc. may require a new consultation and blend for an additional fee for safety and efficacy.

Aromapoint Therapy

Consultation: $300 and Follow Up: $150

After filling out the initial paperwork, I review your intake form and we discuss your concerns in depth in a 90-min consultation with mini Aromapoint Therapy Session
A gentle, hands-on session using diluted essential oils applied to specific acupoints (no needles), chakras, or body zones
May create energetic and physiological shifts in the body, mind, and spirit.
++An initial Aromatherapy consultation is required first.
Optional (no additional fee): if you choose to combine Reiki, these two services work together and may address physical, mental, emotional, and perinatal concerns
In-person visits at your home
Follow ups are $150 for a 55-minute session; the number of sessions depend on your personal needs

In-Person Reiki
